- Problems caused by spills, stains, or harsh chemicals that weren't cleaned up properly
- Issues from putting too much weight in one spot or standing on your countertops
- Any countertops that get moved from where we originally installed them

- Cracks around sinks or cutouts caused by heavy impact or poor cabinet support
- Problems from extreme heat, accidents, or intentional damage
- Countertops used in businesses, hotels, restaurants, or other commercial places

- Seams that separate due to house movement, shifting cabinets, or foundation issues
- Any work that hasn't been fully paid for
We’re always here to answer questions about keeping your stone surfaces looking their best!
About Your Stone
Natural Stone (Granite, Marble, Quartzite): We apply an initial sealer when we install your countertops, but you’ll need to reseal them about once a year to keep them protected. Your warranty begins on the installation date. Since natural stone comes straight from the earth, each piece is unique with its own beautiful variations in veining, color, and pattern. Sometimes, slabs may have small natural pits or markings. That’s just part of their authentic character.
Engineered Stone (Quartz): Colors and patterns can vary slightly from one production run to another, so your countertops might look a little different from the sample you saw. Each slab has its own random pattern variations, which is completely normal for both engineered and natural stone. You might notice small black flecks in some quartz colors. These come from the natural quartz crystals and sand used in manufacturing. While quartz is highly scratch resistant, it’s not completely scratch proof, so we still recommend using cutting boards.
Both types of stone will give you years of beauty when properly cared for!
The Fine Print
