Fallen in love with a particular slab? Let’s make sure it’s yours! We’ll reserve your chosen piece so you don’t have to worry about someone else grabbing up your dream stone. You’ll have peace of mind knowing that exact slab with those perfect color variations will be crafted into your countertops.
Once you’ve made your choice, we handle the rest. We’ll coordinate with our trusted suppliers to bring your selected slab to our workshop, usually within 1-2 weeks. This gives you time to get excited about your upcoming transformation while we prepare everything for the next step in your journey.
Place an Order
Ready to make it official? Let’s get your project started! A 50% deposit secures your spot in our schedule and kicks off the templating process. This deposit covers your material reservation and allows us to coordinate all the moving pieces of your project. Don’t worry, your final price will be confirmed once we take precise measurements at your home.
Before we can work, your space needs to be ready for us. Make sure your cabinets are fully installed and your sink is in its final position. We’ll actually take your sink back to our shop to create the perfect cutout template, ensuring a flawless fit when everything comes together. Think of this as the prep work that makes the final result absolutely perfect.
Once your deposit is in, we’ll schedule everything for you. You’ll typically see our templating team within 5 days, and we’ll give you a clear timeline for when your beautiful new countertops will be installed. We’ll even confirm your installation appointment the day before, so you know exactly when to expect our crew to transform your space.
Templating
This isn’t your typical measuring tape job. We use cutting-edge equipment to ensure every angle, curve, and detail is recorded with millimeter precision. Because field measurements can sometimes take longer than expected, we’ll give you a comfortable 2-hour window for this appointment. Most templating visits are much quicker, but this buffer ensures we never feel rushed and can focus on getting everything absolutely perfect.
Stone Fabrication
Using your exact measurements, our team carefully cuts your chosen slab into the perfect pieces for your countertops. We use superior cutting tools to make sure every edge is clean and precise, so everything will fit just right in your kitchen. If you’ve chosen natural stone that needs sealing, we’ll protect it now so it’s ready to handle whatever your busy kitchen throws at it.
We double-check everything before it leaves our shop. Every piece gets a thorough inspection, and we add extra support where needed to make sure your countertops will last for years. The whole fabrication process usually takes a few days, depending on how detailed your project is. Once we’re completely happy with how everything looks, we’ll call you to schedule installation day.
Installation
We’ll carefully position each piece and make sure everything fits perfectly with your cabinets and appliances. Our team drills faucet holes, connects your sink, and polishes every seam until your countertops look absolutely seamless. Most installations take about 4-7 hours.
