SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
Program Description
The American Quartz & Granite SMS Messaging Program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications to customers who have booked an appointment through our website at americanquartzgranite.com or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. You will only receive messages if you have actively opted in.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Rejoining Instructions
To rejoin our SMS program after opting out, simply sign up again as you did initially β via our website booking form or scheduling form β and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.
Age Restriction

Quotes & Purchases
Free Estimates
We offer free estimates for all countertop projects. A quote is based on your project scope, selected material, square footage, edge profile, and applicable labor. All quotes are estimates until a final measurement (templating) is completed at your home.
Quote Validity
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Material pricing is subject to change based on slab availability and supplier pricing. We will notify you of any material price changes before proceeding with your project.
Deposit & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to begin your project. This deposit confirms your material selection and reserves your place in our fabrication and installation schedule. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation. We accept major credit cards, checks, and financing options where available. Full payment terms will be confirmed in your project agreement.
Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or make significant changes to your order after the deposit has been paid, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after fabrication has begun may result in forfeiture of the deposit, as materials will have been cut and shaped to your specific dimensions. We will work with you in good faith to find a reasonable resolution wherever possible.
Financing
Financing options are available for qualifying customers. Financing terms are provided by third-party lenders and are subject to credit approval. American Quartz & Granite is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or credit decisions of any financing provider.
Installation Services
Scope of Work
Our installation service includes precision templating, custom fabrication, delivery, and professional installation of your selected stone countertops. Removal and disposal of your existing countertops is included at no additional charge unless otherwise specified in your project agreement.
Site Readiness
To ensure a smooth installation, your space must be ready on the agreed installation date. This includes cabinets fully installed and level, plumbing disconnected or managed by your plumber, and clear access to the installation area. If the site is not ready on the scheduled date and the appointment must be rescheduled, a rescheduling fee may apply.
Installation Timeline
Fabrication typically takes 5β7 business days after templating is complete. Most kitchen installations are completed in 4β6 hours on installation day. Total project timeline from consultation to completed installation is typically 2β3 weeks, depending on material availability and scheduling.
Workmanship Warranty
All installation work is covered by our workmanship warranty, which covers defects in installation and fabrication. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper cleaning, impact, excessive weight, or modifications made by third parties after installation. Natural Stone Variations
Natural stone products β including granite, marble, quartzite, and soapstone β will vary in pattern, color, veining, and texture from slab to slab and from any sample or photograph shown. These variations are inherent to natural stone and are not considered defects. We will show you the actual slab selected for your project before fabrication begins.
Damage During Installation
Our installation crews take every precaution to protect your home. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during installation, please notify us immediately. We will assess the situation and work to address any damage caused directly by our team.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The information, products, and services offered through the Site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
You agree at all times to indemnify and hold harmless American Quartz & Granite, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your breach of any obligation, warranty, or representation under these Terms of Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability in any matter related to your project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to American Quartz & Granite for the specific project in question.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites and do not endorse them by linking to them. Your participation in any dealings with third-party vendors is solely between you and that third party.
Registration & Accounts
